Introduction to CPSIA for Importers (USA)

Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) regulates all children’s products sold in the United States. The CPSIA defines a children’s product as any product generally sold to children aged 12 years or younger. This online course covers the basics of CPSIA compliance when importing children’s products manufactured outside the United States.

This online course is only applicable to CPSIA. Note that additional US federal and state-level product regulations, standards, labeling and documentation/certification requirements not covered in this online course may apply.
