Our subscriptions include access for 1 main user and 3 additional subusers. All users can access the same
account and collaborate during the compliance process.

What can each user access?
All users have full account access. This means that each user can do the following:
- Add new products
- Access products
- Create/delete compliance requirements lists
- Create/delete documents
- Create/delete label files
- Upload/delete test reports
- Write/delete test notes
- Submit support tickets
- Use AI Compliance Assistant
- Request product test quotes
- Request label review quotes
Note that you cannot set access permission for individual users. As such, you should only invite users with whom you are willing to share the information stored in your account.
You can see which user created a product and made the last update*
*Updates when any item (i.e., compliance requirements list, document, label, etc) is created, updated, or deleted
You can see all users with account access on the Multi Accounts page
Enter the new user’s email address, password, and personal details. You can also set permissions for placing new orders
and viewing account orders.
Open the user and click on Delete multiaccount
