Do you help us check for compliance with all requirements for our product?

No, the service scope is limited to the specified legislation and the articles/regulations/parts/pages specified in this table. Other legislation or other articles/regulations/parts of the covered legislation is not taken into consideration (even if applicable to your product).

Each service is provided on a single legislation basis. We only base the review on the legislation tied to the service package you order.

Why don’t you help with everything?

We can only provide a flat rate service fee if the service is limited to a specific set of milestones.

Are there any limitations?

1. We can only review files based on what is specified in the legislation. However, we cannot confirm if information in such files is accurate. For example, we cannot determine:

• If instructions are correctly written
• If the document information is correct
• If the label information is correct

We can only compare the files to the relevant source and see if something is seemingly present. For example, if an article requires a batch number or present, then we can only determine if a batch number is present or not. We cannot know if the batch number is in fact accurate.

2. We do not have access to information (including requirements) in product standards that may apply to your product.

3. We cannot know if the provided company names, addresses, batch numbers or product details are correct. We operate based on the assumption that the information provided is accurate.

4. We cannot assess which standards or testing requirements may apply to a particular product. This assessment must be done by a third-party testing company. Note that their terms of service apply. Further, we do not offer any guarantees for services provided by third-parties.

5. We only cover requirements for manufacturers and importers.
