How often do you update the checklists?
The annual Product Compliance Checklist is updated every year. Additional checklists are also updated from time to time.
What does the year indicate?
Checklists are generally updated and/or reviewed at the end of each year. Checklist updates can be based on the following:
a. Adding new requirements
b. When relevant, comparing the checklist to its source (i.e., GPSR Article 9) to determine if a new version is available. If that is the case, we assess if the checklist needs to be updated.
